The PMAG 20 AR/M4 GEN M3 is a polymer magazine for AR15/M4 compatible firearms and is made in the United States.

The GEN M3 has a long-life USGI-spec stainless steel spring, a four-way anti-tilt follower, constant-curve internal design for consistent feeding, and simple tool-less disassembly for easy cleaning, much like the MOE PMAG.

It also has a revised bolt catch notch at the back of the magazine for better bolt catch clearance, as well as an over-travel stop on the spine to prevent over-insertion on compatible guns.

Low-profile ribs and new, aggressive front and rear texturing provide the GEN M3 positive control in all circumstances, and a paint pen dot matrix has been added to the body’s bottom panel for simple identification.

The redesigned, easily disassembled flared floorplate improves magazine extraction and handling while offering increased drop protection; yet, it is somewhat smaller than previously to better fit into tight double and triple magazine pouches.

A pop-off impact/dust cover is supplied and may be used to reduce debris entry and protect the top cartridge from damage during storage and travel.
