An M-Winch Handle is inserted into an internal halyard flagpole and turned to raise (turn to the right) or lower (turn to the left) the flag. 

  • MH-5 Handle: fits flagpoles measuring 5″ diameter at the base
  • MH-612 Handle: fits flagpoles measuring 6″ through 14″ diameter at the base
