The BCM® Compensator Mod 5 – 5.56 is a next-generation muzzle device developed from feedback provided by military end users, industry professionals, and BCM customers. Engineered for tactical applications, it is designed to reduce muzzle rise, flash signature, side blast, and noise while maintaining excellent control and minimizing disturbance to the shooter’s environment.
The extended Mod 5 design is ideal for 14.5-inch barrels, allowing the barrel to exceed the 16-inch non-NFA minimum length when permanently installed in accordance with BATFE specifications.
